Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our tinctures are consumable products, we can only accept returns if the item is unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging.

If your item meets those conditions, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, contact us at info@goldenhornfarm with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

You’ll receive instructions on where to send the package.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for your bank or card provider to process it.

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products returned outside the 14-day window (unless faulty)


Damaged or Faulty Items

 If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

 We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no cost to you.

 

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Issues

 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, but if your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
